Join a small group coaching program today to challenge your mind and body!

Small groups are available year-round upon request but are dependent on having the necessary number of participants to begin. Small Group Options

  • Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that takes Pilates to a whole new level by using the Reformer. This machine offers variable resistance through a platform, springs, and ropes. This is a great way to challenge yourself in a low-impact setting while experiencing a new piece of equipment and learning new moves!
  • Barbell Basics is an introductory course dedicated to making you comfortable with barbell exercises. The sessions will focus on proper technique for movements like the squat, bench, deadlift, and row, and will also teach you how to incorporate the movements into your workouts.
  • Are you interested in starting to run, but not sure how to begin? Our Couch to 5K small group will teach you the basics of running and how to develop as a runner. Here you will learn a proper warmup, cooldown, and how to progress your running from week-to-week so that you鈥檒l feel confident enough to try out a 5K.
  • Are pushups, pullups, burpees, and other similar exercises something you want to improve? Maybe weightlifting isn鈥檛 exactly your thing, but you like the idea of being physically mobile and capable with the body you have. Beginner calisthenics will help you get stronger in these movement patterns as well as teach you how to incorporate them into your workouts effectively. With enough practice and development, you can also learn the techniques involved with movements like handstands, planches, pistol squats, and other advanced exercises.
  • Is a regular Zumba class too fast-paced for you right now? Or maybe you just want to learn a few dance moves before jumping right into full choreography? With Dance Basics, our OwlFit dance instructors can give you more focus and intentionality in your dance practice, so that you can gain confidence quickly and learn some cool moves before trying our classes.
  • Interested in learning more about strength training with free weights and how to incorporate it into your exercise routine? Then register for Women on Weights (WOW) Small Group Training! During this program you will learn proper weightlifting technique, how to utilize various pieces of equipment, and gain the knowledge and confidence to create your own strength training workout. The goal and purpose of Women on Weights is to teach women the benefits of strength training, and how to strength train properly to maximize their health and fitness goals.

Instructional Series

Are you ready for a new challenge? Our instructional series might be what you鈥檙e looking for. These courses are led by OwlFit instructors and trainers with expertise in the stated topic and are a great way to develop your skills beyond the basics of your interest.
